A client communications company (a switch based reseller) was sued by a national telecommunications company for in excess of $1M. The client was successfully defended by proving that the Plaintiff was unable to perform the contract spcification for long distance international traffic.
The firm successfully defended a Chicago-based manufacturer for personal injuries allegedly arising out a product defect in a suit brought in the United States District Court, Eastern Division (Beaumont)of the Southern District of Texas. The client was sued for $2.6M but the jury verdict resulted in a Take Nothing Judgment by the Plaintiffs.
The Firm successfully defended its clients where there was an exposure to carcinogens allegedly resulting in bodily injuries.

The Firm prosecuted an agricultural aviation company that clipped a power line and was sued for damages. The allegations included that the pilot was flying as an ordinarily prudent pilot when he flew under one set of lines but did not clear them all with a resultant crash.
The Firm handled a case wherein a universal "O" Ring was incorrectly installed on a Cessna 185 engine and caused a loss of oil at altitude. The pilot was not rated for instrument meteorolgical conditions, and had arranged for an IFR rated pilot to accompany him as a safety pilot. As the engine failed due to a loss of oil, the aircraft was flying "VFR on top" of a layer of clouds and had to descend blindly without air traffic assistance through the clouds into the hill country. The VFR rated pilot later discovered that his safety pilot was not IFR rated. Fortunately no one lost their lives, but the two were injured and property damages naturally occurred.
The Firm obtained a $1.8M verdict after a week in trial for its two clients who were sexually assaulted over a course of years. The case is on appeal.
The firm obtained successfully defended a claim by a Fortune 100 telecommunications company that it was damaged in a breach of contract case. Instead, the firm obtained a very favorable settlement for its client on a counterclaim for damages.
A case involved allegations of property damages for water intrusion. The case was successfully defended when the source of the water was found to be outside of the policy coverages.

The flight school was sued for damages when an aircraft crashed upon landing at Hooks Airport and was declared a total loss.
